You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
Limited Right to Use
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).
Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery by the carrier. After the initial 30 days all sales are considered final. Returns are not accepted; if the product package has been opened; if the product has been used or installed; if the product was marked as a closeout or listed in the closeout section of our site; if the item was cleary marked as a non-returnable item in the product description; if the product received was found to be defective.
To start the return process contact sales@getgearllc.com for an RMA#. RMA standards for Returned Merchandise Authorization and is used to identify a transaction. All eligible returns require an RMA#. Returns received without an RMA# will be refused. Once you have received your RMA# from customer service ship your return to;

The customer pays for the return shipping and insurance cost.

Restocking fee: 10% or $10.00 (which ever is greater)

If the return is a result of an error we made, we will reimburse/credit the customer for standard shipping and insurance costs, no restocking fee will be charged on returns of this nature.

Refunds are made in the original method paid.

Refunds are processed within one week of receiving an authorized return.
Defective Merchandise Policy
Product received and found to be defective must be returned directly to the product manufacturer or importer under their warranty policy. If you need help in contacting a product manufacturer or importer please email sales@getgearllc.com .
Product Warranty Policy
We are not a warranty or repair station for any manufacturer. Any and all warranties are offered by their respective manufacturer or importer. The purchaser needs to contact the product(s) manufacturer or importer for warranty or repair service.
